本条款适用于您向XM Digital Solutions购买电脑、网络设备及配件的所有交易。确认报价单即表示您同意本条款。

These terms apply to all purchases of computers, networking equipment and accessories from XM Digital Solutions. By accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

1. 公司资料1. About us

XM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS是在马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）注册的独资经营（Sole Proprietorship），于 2026 年开始营业。

XM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), in business since 2026.

「本网站」指 xmdigitalsolution.com；「我们」指XM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS；「您」指询价或下单的个人或公司。

"The Site" means xmdigitalsolution.com. "We" and "us" mean XM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. "You" means the person or company requesting a quotation or placing an order.

2. 产品与价钱2. Products and prices

我们销售电脑、网络设备及电脑配件，包括手提电脑、显示屏、扩展坞、键盘、滑鼠、路由器、交换机及网线。

We sell computers, networking equipment and IT accessories, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, routers, switches and network cables.

  • 价钱以令吉（MYR / RM）标示，按件计算。
  • 网站列出的是产品规格，实际品牌、型号及保修期以报价单为准。
  • 价钱已含销售税（SST，如适用），不含运费。运费另列于报价单上。
  • 大量订购可另行报价。
  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM), per unit.
  • The Site lists product specifications. The actual brand, model and warranty period are as stated on the quotation.
  • Prices include SST where applicable and exclude delivery, which is listed separately on the quotation.
  • Bulk orders may be quoted separately.

价钱可能随供应商成本及汇率调整，最终价钱以报价单为准。如报价高于网站所示而您不接受，可以取消订单，不收任何费用。

Prices may change with supplier costs and exchange rates. The final price is the one on the quotation. If it is higher than shown on the Site and you do not accept it, you may cancel at no cost.

如网站上的价钱因技术问题明显标错，我们保留在确认订单前更正价钱或拒绝订单的权利。

If a price on the Site is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we may correct it or decline the order before it is confirmed.

3. 规格与图片3. Specifications and images

  • 网站上的产品图片仅供参考，实际供应产品的品牌、型号、外观及颜色可能不同。
  • 实际供应的型号如与网站所列规格不同（例如处理器世代较新、接口数量不同），将在报价单上注明，并以您确认的报价单为准。
  • 预装的操作系统及软件授权随设备提供，依原厂授权条款使用。
  • Product images on the Site are for reference only. The brand, model, appearance and colour of the item supplied may differ.
  • If the model supplied differs from the specification on the Site (for example a newer processor generation or a different number of ports), this is stated on the quotation, and the quotation you accept applies.
  • Pre-installed operating systems and software licences come with the device and are subject to the publisher’s licence terms.

4. 询价、报价与订单确认4. Quotations and order confirmation

  • 您通过网站或电邮发出的询价，属于询价或下单请求，不代表交易成立。
  • 合约于您确认接受报价单后成立。报价单列明品项、型号、数量、单价、保修期、运费及送货日期。
  • 如遇缺货、型号停产、超出送货范围、价钱标错或付款无法验证，我们可拒绝订单，已付款项全额退回。
  • An enquiry sent through the Site or by email is a request for a quotation and does not form a contract.
  • A contract is formed when you accept our quotation. The quotation states the items, models, quantities, unit prices, warranty periods, delivery charge and delivery date.
  • We may decline an order in the event of insufficient stock, a discontinued model, an address outside our delivery area, a pricing error or a payment that cannot be verified. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. 付款5. Payment

  • 付款方式列于报价单上，可能包括银行转账、DuitNow、电子钱包及线上付款闸道（申请中）。
  • 线上付款由第三方付款闸道处理，我们不会收集或储存您的完整卡号或网上银行密码。
  • 货款全数付清前，货品所有权归我方；货品风险于交货时转移给您。
  • Payment methods are listed on the quotation and may include bank transfer, DuitNow, e-wallets and an online payment gateway (being set up).
  • Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store full card numbers or online banking passwords.
  • Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment is received. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. 保修6. Warranty

  • 每件产品的保修期列于报价单及发票上。保修服务视品牌由原厂、其授权服务中心或我方办理，并在报价单上注明。
  • 收货后 7 天内发现的故障，按《退款与退货政策》处理；超过 7 天则按保修处理。
  • 保修一般不包括人为或意外损坏、摔坏、进水、电压异常造成的损坏，以及经自行拆开、维修或改装的设备。实际保修范围以原厂条款为准。
  • 送修或退换前请自行备份资料。我们不负责设备内的资料。
  • The warranty period for each item is stated on the quotation and invoice. Depending on the brand, warranty service is provided by the manufacturer, its authorised service centre or us, as stated on the quotation.
  • Faults found within 7 days of delivery are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy. Faults found after that are handled under warranty.
  • Warranty generally does not cover physical or accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, damage caused by power surges, or devices that have been opened, repaired or modified by others. The manufacturer’s terms determine the exact coverage.
  • Please back up your data before sending a device for repair or exchange. We are not responsible for data stored on returned devices.

7. 您的责任7. Your responsibilities

  • 请提供正确的收货地址、电话及收货时间。因资料错误导致无法送达，重新送货的费用由您承担。
  • 签收前请检查外箱。如外箱压损、受潮或已被拆开，请在送货单上注明或拍照，并于当天通知我们。
  • 不得利用本网站进行任何违法活动或干扰网站运作。
  • Provide the correct delivery address, phone number and receiving time. If delivery fails because of incorrect details, the redelivery charge is borne by you.
  • Check the outer packaging before signing. If it is crushed, wet or has been opened, note this on the delivery slip or take a photo, and inform us on the same day.
  • You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or interfere with its operation.

8. 责任限制8. Limitation of liability

在法律允许的范围内，我们对每张订单的总责任以该订单实付金额为上限，并不负责任何间接损失、营业中断、利润损失或资料遗失。

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profit or loss of data.

本条款不排除或限制我们在《1999 年消费者保护法令》或其他不可排除的法律下应负的责任，包括因疏忽造成人身伤亡的责任。

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. 不可抗力9. Force majeure

如因水灾、停电、供应商或原厂缺货、物流中断、政府命令或行动管制等我们无法合理控制的情况，导致延误或无法履行订单，我们不视为违约，但会尽快通知您，并由您选择改期、更换型号或全额退款。

We are not in breach if delivery is delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, such as flooding, power failure, supplier or manufacturer shortages, logistics disruption, government orders or movement restrictions. We will inform you as soon as possible, and you may choose a new date, a different model or a full refund.

10. 知识产权10. Intellectual property

本网站的文字、图片及版面归我们所有，未经书面同意不得复制或作商业用途。网站上提及的品牌名称及商标归其各自拥有者所有。

The text, images and layout of the Site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent. Brand names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

11. 适用法律11. Governing law

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，双方同意接受马来西亚法院的非专属管辖权。

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. 条款更新12. Changes to these terms

我们可能不时更新本条款，最后更新日期显示于页首。您的订单适用您接受报价单当日生效的版本。

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Your order is governed by the version in force on the day you accepted the quotation.
