取消订单政策Cancellation Policy

本政策说明取消订单的条件、方式及退款时间。
This policy sets out when an order can be cancelled, how to cancel, and when refunds are made.
1. 出货前取消1. Cancellation before despatch
订单出货前可随时取消，不收任何费用，已付款项全额退回。
Orders may be cancelled at any time before despatch at no charge, and any amount paid is refunded in full.
出货前亦可更改数量、型号或送货日期。
Quantities, models and the delivery date may also be changed before despatch.
2. 出货后2. After despatch
- 未拆封及未使用的货品可以退回，来回运费可能由您承担。
- 已拆封或使用过且无故障的货品，不可取消或退款。
- 如货品本身有问题（故障、送错、运送损坏或数量不符），请按《退款与退货政策》处理。
- Unopened and unused items may be returned; delivery charges both ways may be borne by you.
- Items that have been opened or used and are not faulty cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If there is a problem with the goods (a fault, wrong item, transit damage or incorrect quantity), please refer to the Refund & Returns Policy.
3. 特别订货及大量订单3. Special and bulk orders
非常规备货的型号、指定配置或大量订单需向供应商另行订货，一经确认可能无法取消。
Models not normally stocked, custom configurations and bulk orders may need to be ordered from suppliers and may not be cancellable once confirmed.
此类取消限制会在报价单上注明；报价单未注明者，按第 1 节处理。
Any such restriction is stated on the quotation. If it is not stated, section 1 applies.
4. 我方取消订单4. Cancellation by us
我们可能在以下情况取消订单：
We may cancel an order in the following cases:
- 缺货或型号已停产。
- 送货地址超出送货范围。
- 网站价钱因技术问题明显标错。
- 付款无法验证。
- 供应商无法交货、水灾、物流中断等不可抗力。
- The item is out of stock or the model has been discontinued.
- The delivery address is outside our delivery area.
- A price on the Site was clearly wrong because of a technical error.
- The payment cannot be verified.
- A supplier is unable to deliver, or events such as flooding or logistics disruption.
以上情况，已付款项全额退回，不收任何费用。我们会先联络您，提供其他型号或新的送货日期供选择。
In these cases any amount paid is refunded in full, with no charge. We will contact you first and offer another model or a new delivery date.
5. 取消方式5. How to cancel
- 请以电邮通知我们，并注明报价单号码。
- 取消须经我们书面确认才算完成。
- Notify us by email, quoting the quotation number.
- A cancellation is complete only when we confirm it in writing.
6. 退款时间6. Refund timing
- 银行转账／DuitNow：取消确认后 3 至 7 个工作日内退回原户口。
- 线上付款闸道（信用卡／电子钱包）：7 至 14 个工作日内退回原付款方式。银行或发卡机构的入账时间不在我们控制范围内。
- 未付款的订单取消后不产生任何费用。
- Bank transfer or DuitNow: refunded to the original account within 3 to 7 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Online gateway payments (card or e-wallet): refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Bank and card issuer processing times are beyond our control.
- Cancelling an unpaid order incurs no charge.

本政策不影响您在马来西亚《1999 年消费者保护法令》下的权利。
This policy does not affect your rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999.
