配送政策Delivery Policy

本政策说明送货范围、运费、送货时间及收货事项。
This policy covers delivery areas, delivery charges, delivery times and receiving your order.
1. 送货范围1. Delivery area
本公司位于雪兰莪龙溪。送货范围及方式视送货地点与订单大小而定，并在报价单上注明。询价时请提供送货地址。
We are based in Dengkil, Selangor. Delivery coverage and method depend on the delivery location and order size, and are stated on the quotation. Please provide the delivery address when requesting a quotation.
2. 运费2. Delivery charges
运费按送货地点及订单大小计算，列于报价单上。付款后不另收运费。
Delivery charges depend on the delivery location and order size and are listed on the quotation. No further delivery charges are added after payment.
3. 送货时间3. Delivery times
- 送货日期列于报价单上。需向供应商订货的型号，所需时间会在报价单上注明。
- 订单出货时我们会通知您。
- The delivery date is stated on the quotation. For models ordered from suppliers, the lead time is stated on the quotation.
- We will notify you when your order is despatched.
4. 收货4. Receiving your order
- 送货时请安排人员收货。
- 签收前请检查外箱，如有压损、受潮或拆封痕迹，请注明或拍照，并于当天通知我们（见《退款与退货政策》第 1 节）。
- 首次送货未能送达，我们会联络您另约时间。如因地址或联络资料有误需重新送货，费用可能由您承担。
- Please arrange for someone to receive the delivery.
- Check the outer packaging before signing. If it is crushed, wet or shows signs of opening, note this or take a photo and inform us on the same day (see Refund & Returns Policy, section 1).
- If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange another time. If redelivery is needed because the address or contact details were incorrect, the redelivery charge may be borne by you.
5. 延误5. Delays
水灾、道路封闭、物流延误、供应商缺货或其他不可抗力可能导致延误。我们会尽快通知您，并由您选择改期、更换型号或全额退款。
Flooding, road closures, courier delays, supplier shortages or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We will inform you as soon as possible, and you may choose a new date, a different model or a full refund.
